Welcome to the UDCT Alumni Association (UAA), an elite group of business leaders, technocrats, academicians and scientists.

UDCT Alumni Association (UAA) was founded in 1989. Since then, it has been earnestly engaged in exchange of ideas, spreading of knowledge, stimulation of thinking and promotion of excellence in all branches of study in UICT.

UICT (University Institute of Chemical Technology, is an autonomous institution affiliated to the University of Mumbai) has since long been producing the finest of Chemical Engineers, Technologists and Pharmacists in the service of the nation. The fame of UICT has not been restricted to the domestic academic circles and industry. It has a strong recognition in the International Arena as an institute of great excellence. UICTians are omnipresent, right from the small towns of India to the glittering cities of the world, each performing an important role in his/her own right.

One of the many objectives of UAA is to foster fellowship and bring together all UICT Alumni on a common platform. Development of this web-site is one such attempt, as more and more people around the world are getting netted. Other objectives are to help UICT to continue its leading position as a center of excellence in teaching and research in Science, Chemical Technology and Chemical Engineering, promotion of UICT's major activities in India and Abroad and institute fellowship awards and grants.
